    Welcome, my name is Richard Parsons and I own BellaDev. I have been working on computers since 1992 and have been professionally employed since 2001. I have focused on designing websites to be both aesthetically pleasing and user accessible. I currently implement almost all of the sites I build using Web Standards as set forth by the W3C. Using Microsoft’s .NET technology I have been able to save my clients both time and money on the implementation and maintenance of their websites.
